4.3 Payment Methods
Payment MethodsPay at Card & Direct Payment
Even if you do not have a Payson Account, you can still pay quickly with Payson. We collaborate with VISA, MasterCard, and all the Swedish financial institutions that offer direct payment services, i.e. Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea, and Danske Bank. Payson maintains high security standards and is PCI certified by Trustwave, the international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted using SSL 128-bit encryption and all account transfers are based on the financial institutions’ so-called 3D secure technology.
Payson collaborates with Svea Ekonomi AB for payment by invoice. In order to perform a transaction by invoice, you must provide your civil registration number or, if a company, your organization number (VAT number). Invoice payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Invoices will be sent under separate cover, by e-mail, to the e-mail address specified by you. In order to be able to pay by Invoice, you must be 18 years old, must be registered in the civil register in Sweden, and have undergone an approved credit check related to the purchase. Companies paying by Invoice must be registered in Sweden. The invoice is payable as instructed on the invoice, via PlusGirot account, and via its OCR number.
Late payment will trigger a payment reminder and incur a reminder fee, at present SEK 60. Late-payment Interest will accrue at 2% per month from the invoice due date. In case of default, the case will be submitted for collection and a statutory collection fee, at present SEK 160, will be incurred. Payson reserves the right, on a case-by-case basis, to refuse delivery and to conduct a new credit check of the order.
For payments by invoice/PaysonFaktura, the invoice will be pledged as security to Payson and then to Svea Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
Partial Payment by Invoice
Some Invoices might specify that a “minimum amount is payable.” If you choose to pay this amount or an amount that is less than the total invoiced amount, an account credit agreement will be entered into. Payson offers, upon approved credit check, the option of entering into an account credit agreement with our partner Svea Ekonomi AB at the terms specified in the General Terms and Conditions of the enclosed account agreement. The credit offer applies to the amount specified in the account agreement. You select the credit period by checking the option that best suits you. You agree and undertake to repay the entire credit amount within the credit period. This means that your minimum payment every month is the sum that is specified in the option you select. Obviously, you may pay more than the minimum payment or pay off the entire credit amount in a lump sum without incurring any extra charges.
If you wish to use the account credit during the credit period for other purchases, the lowest monthly payment installment will be raised, in order for the credit to be paid off in total within the agreed-upon credit period. The shorter the credit period, the higher the minimum monthly installment. If so, if you wish to retain the same minimum monthly instalment, you can contact Svea Ekonomi AB at tel. 08–51493113 to apply for an extension of the credit period. For IT-related reasons and until further notice, Svea Ekonomi AB will invoice you separately for separate purchases if you use the account credit for multiple purchases. If so, you will still have to pay only one statement fee every month.
If you have any questions, feel free to call 08-51493113 for more information.

5 Promotions and offers
5.1 The Seller may from time to time offer promotions on the Website that may have more favorable terms than what is stated in these Terms, e.g. regarding payment or extended withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by the Seller in connection with the promotion. The seller reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms and Conditions apply without modification. Offers on specific goods on the Site are valid for a limited time and as long as the stock is sufficient.
6 Delivery and transportation
6.1 Goods in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated on the Website (2-7 days). If goods are not in stock, delivery will take place no later than 30 working days from the time SWEDISON.SE confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation.
6.2 The expected delivery time of the goods is stated in the order confirmation, at the checkout and / or on the relevant item page on the Website. Upon delay of delivery, Seller notifies you of this and continues to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this does not depend on you as the Customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
6.3 If packages are to be redeemed, the Customer must do this within the time specified in the notice. Packages should normally be retrieved personally with valid ID and package. The customer always receives a notification that shows where and when packages should be collected. Notification can be done via e-mail, regular mail and whether the Customer has provided a mobile number, even via telephone or SMS.
6.4 Goods can be picked up in a store (free of charge) or can be delivered to the customer (Shipping cost applies). We offer free shipping when buying over 800kr.
7 Return Policy
7.1When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day cancellation right always applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his purchase within 14 days from the customer or his agent received the ordered goods (withdrawal period).
7.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
(a) goods that have been manufactured in accordance with the Customer's instructions or which have otherwise been given a clear personal touch;
(b) goods with broken seals that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (eg in-ear headphones, cosmetic and hygienic products such as makeup and hair care, hair extensions, hair dryers, shavers, electric toothbrushes, scales, heating pads, foot baths and similar products);
(c) a product that can rapidly deteriorate or become too old (eg drugs);
(d) audio or video recordings (such as a CD) or computer programs with broken seal;
(e) digital content delivered other than on a physical medium (for example, computer programs, applications, games, music, videos or texts where access is made by downloading from or streaming).
7.3 By accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered in other ways than on a physical medium.
7.4 In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Customer receives clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, the Customer may not break the seal if it wishes to exercise its right of withdrawal. The right to repent therefore ceases when the Customer breaks the seal. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (eg serial number).
7.5 If the Customer wishes to cancel a purchase made via the Website, the Customer must, before the withdrawal period expires, send a clear and clear message to Dala Software in the manner stated here. The customer must state his name, address and other relevant information, eg. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If the above options on message do not want to be used by the Customer, the Customer can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Consumer Agency has produced.
7.6 When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays the return freight, unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for the condition of the goods after the Customer has received the goods, and during the return shipping. The customer's liability ceases when Dala Software has received the return. The customer must save the return receipt on the return. The goods must be returned in 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to Dala Software. The product should be sent well packaged, in good condition and in original box.
7.7 When the Customer regrets his purchase, the amount will be refunded that the Customer paid for the goods, including delivery charges. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of the Customer choosing another delivery method than the standard delivery that the Seller offers. When returning part of the order, the delivery cost is not refunded. On the amount to be repaid, the Seller is entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the goods depreciation compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the Customer having handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.
7.8 The seller pays back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date the Customer's notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was received. The seller may, however, wait with the refund until the Seller has received the goods or the Customer has shown that the goods have been returned, eg. through a submission receipt. The repayment will be made to the Customer by the payment option chosen by the Customer, provided that no other agreement has been reached or that there are obstacles to such repayment.
8 Warranty and complaint
8.1 Some of the Seller's goods may be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty conditions for each item can be found on the Website or in these Terms. Warranty for merchandise covers only original manufacturing defects, and thus no errors that occur during or after a separate change of the product's function and appearance, such as remodeling, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer's order confirmation is valid as a guarantee certificate.
8.2 The right of complaint covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim a defect in the ordered goods must contact the Seller as soon as possible after the error has been discovered by the contact details stated on the Website. Complaints made within two months from the time the Customer discovered the fault are always considered to have been submitted on time. The customer has a 1-year warranty on goods purchased on the Website.
8.3 The seller is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.
8.4 When the complaint is returned and the complaint approved, the Seller will compensate the Customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The seller strives to do this within 30 days from the Seller's receipt of the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the goods. The seller reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not incorrect according to applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of a complaint, the Seller complies with guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent committees in other European countries, see www.arn.se, More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se. See also point 12.1 below.
8.5 If the customer receives wrong- or defective product and he wants new replacement product, the Seller will send out the replacement product with an invoice from Payson. The delivery note must be returned together with the faulty or defective item. The invoice is depreciated when the returned goods are registered on the stock. Payson's Terms
9 Force majeure
9.1 The Seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances that the Seller has not been able to control such as, for example, general work conflict, war, fire, lightning strike, terrorist attack, altered authority regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communications and errors or delay in subcontracting services due to circumstance specified here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which entail exemption from damages and other sanctions. If any such situation should arise, the Seller informs the Customer at the beginning and partly at the end of the time of the current situation. If the circumstance lasts longer than two months, both the Customer and the Seller have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
10 Changes to the Terms
10.1 The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time in time. All changes to these Terms will be published on the Website. Changes apply from the time the Customer has accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website), or 30 days after the Seller has informed the Customer of the changes. However, the seller recommends that the Customer keeps himself updated on the Website regularly in order to be aware of any changes to the Terms.
11.1 If a competent court, authority or arbitration tribunal would find that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or non-enforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be in force and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
12 Applicable law and dispute
12.1 If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the Seller's customer service, you, as a customer, can turn to ARN (General Complaints Board) for which you can find more information on www.arn.se. You can also submit complaints directly online on the EU Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, which you can find on the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint on this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the right nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute settlement body then contacts the Seller and tries to resolve the dispute without interfering with the court.
12.2 Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled by the General Complaints Board or, ultimately, by the general court.
