These purchase terms apply to the purchase of goods on the Swedison webshop. By placing an order, you, as the customer, accept these terms. The seller is Dala Software.

Purchase and Delivery Terms

All prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping and handling fees will be added according to the current price list. We reserve the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. We deliver to addresses within Sweden. The delivery time is typically 1-5 working days from the receipt of your order. If the delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you.

Order

Order and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you have provided. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact us via our contact form so that we can update your order information and send a correct order confirmation.

Incorrect Information

If you have provided incorrect information during your order, kindly contact our customer service as soon as possible to correct your details. If your order has already left our warehouse before you contact our customer service and the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package, it is your responsibility as a customer to cover any additional costs that may arise.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee there will be sufficient time to cancel your order, as we aim to ship our products to our customers as quickly as possible from our warehouse.

Changes to Orders

We cannot make any changes to your order, as your order is typically processed in our warehouse within minutes. Therefore, we ask you to carefully review your details before completing your order.

Pay Now (Card Payments and Klarna Direct)

Want to complete your order immediately? Choose Klarna Card Payment. With this method, you can easily use your credit or debit card to make a quick and secure transaction. All your card information is processed securely and encrypted to protect your privacy.

Klarna Direct Payment allows you to pay directly from your bank account. Simply log in using your regular bank details and authorize the payment through secure authentication. This provides you with a convenient and secure payment method that eliminates the need for card numbers or credit checks.

Pay Later (Invoice)

With Klarna Invoice, you have the option to receive your goods before you pay. When you choose Klarna Invoice as the payment option, you will receive your products first and then have 14 days to pay. This gives you time to ensure that the products meet your expectations before making your payment.

Split Payments

To make it even easier for you as a customer, we also offer Klarna Installment Payment. With this method, you can split your payment into smaller parts, making your purchase more flexible. You can choose to split the payment over a longer period of time and thus tailor your finances to your needs.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Sweden. Delivery is normally within 1-5 working days from the confirmation and payment of your order. Delivery costs may apply and will be displayed at the checkout during the ordering process.

Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via the contact form/email within 14 days of receiving the item and notify us that you wish to return it. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the receipt and approval of the returned item. In case of complaints, contact us via the contact form/email and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Please contact us via email and provide your name, address, as well as relevant information such as order number, invoice number, and the names of the relevant items. Alternatively, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (available at www.konsumentverket.se).

Responsibility for Returns

When exercising the right of withdrawal, it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs and ensure the condition of the item both upon receipt and during the return shipping. Once we receive your return notification, you have 14 days to return the item to us. To ensure proper handling, please package the item carefully in its original box and in good condition.

Refund

For returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, including any delivery charges. We charge a fee of 49 SEK for returns, which will be deducted from your refund and not charged by the postal service. The return process may take up to 14 days from the time you send the products back to us. If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its function or characteristics, resulting in damage, we reserve the right to make deductions from the refund to cover the depreciation of the returned items.

Dispute

In case of any dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.

Force Majeure

We are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement, if the failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, as listed below, and if the circumstance prevents, complicates, or delays fulfillment. Exempting circumstances include, among others, government action or inaction, new or changed legislation, labor market conflicts, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accidents, or other types of natural disasters.
